Problem Statement

Product Goals

"HomeBliss" is an app for people who frequently travel from one city to another, for people

who live alone, and for students who stay away from their homes. This app will help people

find the necessary services around them, like cooks, maids, mess food, rental services, repair

services, etc. This app will also help local service providers provide their best services to the

customers around them.

We recently discovered that people who are staying alone have to deal with different

difficulties, and our app will try to solve the maximum difficulties by providing the best

services in a short amount of time.

Many people are busy in their lives. Because of that, they don't have time to find the

necessary service for their needs. Our app will provide them with all the necessary services at

their doorstep within a minimum of time.

another, and students who stay away from their homes

2. An app that helps people to get necessary services as soon as possible

3. This app will also help local service providers to provide their services to the people and

expand their customers

4. It will also make customer's life easy by providing daily necessary services like mess food

delivery, paper, and milk delivery, grocery delivery, etc.

5. Customers will be able to distribute the payments with their roommates or partners.

01 Research

I used the interview method to collect in-depth information from users between the ages of 19 and 28 on their thoughts, opinions, experiences, and

feelings. Most of the users whom I have interviewed are those who have recently moved from their city to another for work, education, or other reasons

Below are some of the questions asked:

1. Did you face any problems when you first shifted to another city?

2. How do you manage your day-to-day activities like eating, cleaning, laundering, etc.?

3. Do you face problems like that moment when you want instant service?

4. Do you use apps like UrbanClap and Mess Food Delivery App? And what was your experience using these apps?

5. How much can you pay for a particular service?

6. Do you like to go to the shops or do you like home services?

7. how many times did you need a particular service per month?

8. did you face any problems when you wanted immediate service?

Saurabh Rane recently moved to Pune for post graduation. So he has

a lot of problems regarding this because he moved from his

hometown to another city for the first time. So he has issues like food,

maid, home services, daily milk & newspaper delivery, etc. He tried

many apps, but he is not satisfied with them. He wants a quicker

service than other apps. He is a vegetarian, so he wants a cook who

will make vegetarian food for him. He wants a maid who will come

daily for cleaning. And he does not want to wait for services as he has

to spend his maximum time in college.

One day, his friend Sanika introduced him to the HomeBliss app.

Aadhi is registering for this app and using it, and he is pleased to do

so. And he got exactly what he wanted. He required quick service, a

cook, a maid, home services, and other services. He says he is happy

with this HomeBlissApp and it solves his daily problems in an easy

way.

03 Design

High Fidelity Wireframe

After doing tons of paper sketches, I started working on wireframes.

This phase took lesser time than I thought because of paper sketches. We got

lots of reviews and updates. Here I am attaching some of the wireframes that

we worked on.
